2. Finishing:black,silver,gunmetal,matt black,grey,hyper black,hyper silver,machined face,machined lip,color line,chrome,vacuum chrome,anodized,full polish,milling, sand blast, two colors, etc.
3.Process: lower pressure, Gravity casting
4. Quality Guarantee: ISO/TS 16949:2000quality system, TUV(German ), VIA/JWL (Japanese),TSE( Turkey),PCT(Russia)
5. All the new wheel sample must pass below test,If one don't pass. We will change the new mold than make test again till all passed. Which include Dynamic fatigue in the curve test,Dynamic radial fatigue test,Impact resistance test,Distorton of flange test,Resistance to corrosion test,Tire Impermeability test, Tire mounting test,Hidden crack test,Roll test,Dimension test,Ejection test,tatic stability test.
