A: Sample is free, but the Express fee is collected.
Q: I want to make a trail order, what is the MOQ ?
A: We accept very small orders, if the products is available in our warehouse.
Q: Can I print my own logo on the products or use customized packages?
A: Remind us your design or logo with AI file. Silk screen printing, debossed or embossed are available. Customized packs may have increase the MOQ.
Q:How long is the delivery time?
A: For small orders, it usually take 3-5 days after receive payment. International express will be used, such as TNT, DHL, UPS, FEDEX etc. For heavy weight and large order, we need about 7 to 10 days to prepare, and we would recommend you take by sea.
