Our Company
Jiangsu Qiulin Special energy equipment joint stock Co.,Ltd founded in 2010, and mainly engaged in all kinds of non-standard vessels, cryogenic storage, coal water slurry complete equipment, steel structure etc.
Qiulin owns advanced design capabilities,is equipped with modern manufacturing facilities,and a full range of in-house test equipment. Over the years, we adhere to the "customer-oriented" business philosophy to provide our customers with all kinds of equipment and have the competitive edge in quality, delivery and price. Qiulin has diversified manufacturing capabilities, mainly focused on the following two areas:
I. Pressure equipment
We design individually to customer requirements, and manufacture pressure vessel, cryogenic storage (Liquefied natural gas, liquefied industrial gases) & reactors & heat exchanger, columns., etc. in accordance with the following standards and codes:
· China Code GB150 and GB151 for A1, A2 and A3 Pressure Vessel design and manufacturing license;
Class B3 Special cylinder manufacturing license; GC2 class pressure piping installation license, tank container CCS
· ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section VIII, Div.1 - (U Stamp, NB Stamp)
· Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU (PED) for the European market PED
· Cryogenic storage apply to the North American market DOT/CNR
· In addition, we are applying for KGS certificate for Korean market
II. Other custom products
Metallurgy, mineral equipment fabrication, including coal water slurry complete equipment, mill, anode furnace, casting machine, disk machine, etc.
· Paper machine and marine equipment
· Process modules and skid equipment fabrication, including detailed design, material purchasing, fabrication, assembly, painting, insulation, electrical and instrumentation, etc.
· Custom prefabricated steel structures
Qiulin has been partner of many domestic and overseas famous company like CNPC, CNOOC, SINOPEC, Air Liquid, Air products, Yingde gases, Fuel Tech, ABB, Messer, M:O, Andritz, Reel, Morimatsu, Linder etc.
