OEM Supported Horizontal Split Case Double Suction Industrial Electric Pump
PSC pump is a horizontal, single stage, double volute, axially split case centrifugal pump, which is dedicated to large capacities, highest efficencies and reliability. Symmetry ensures minimal shaft deviation hence best stability at high torques and speeds. It can coupled with electric motor and diesel engine, usually used in fire fighting and industrial water supply. Internal inspection and maintenance is facilitated by the 2 shell casing, without the need to disassemble the motor and coupling.
PSC pumps can be used for higher flow rate applications that are not suitable for end suction pumps, such as fire pumps, portable water distribution, plant make-up water, pipelines, cooling water, and other industrial process flows with fairly thin fluids.
Depending on fluid chemical analysis and contents, the flow part can be casted out of the following materials: cast iron, nodular cast iron, bronze, nickel-aluminum bronze or stainless steels.
The pump can coupled with eletric motor and diesel engine,and the seal can be mechanical seal or gland packing,all can produced as customer demand
The pump bearings and mechanical seals can be serviced without disturbing the piping connections or electrical motor connections. Its base plates are fabricated steel with drip pan
