Product Description
This German-style beer offers a refreshing and mature taste, characterized by its iconic banana and clove ester aroma. The banana aroma is a common feature in most wheat beers, while the clove aroma is unique and special, derived from the German wheat yeast, reminiscent of freshly baked bread. The distinctive Bavarian yeast used in fermentation creates a special yeast flavor, and the beer is effervescent with a slight tanginess and a crisp bitterness. German wheat beers are generally not suitable for aging and should be consumed shortly after opening.
