CANDID staple making machine can produce different size of staple pin which is used for office and industry ( home decoration, furniture manufacturing, packaging, leather, shoemaking and other industries).
Staple production line totally has three machine: Wire drawing and flattening machine, Wire gluing machine and staple forming machine. Our machine can produce different size of staple pin which is used for office and industry ( home decoration, furniture manufacturing, packaging, leather, shoemaking and other industries). The staple forming machine adopts a hydraulic system for implementation of components, with characteristics of safety operation, stable performance, low noise and high efficiency.

1. CANDID staple pin production line adopts the reversible safety cover, this cover could protect the workers when they operate the machine, and it could be removed when the worker needs to maintain the equipment. It's more safe and convenient.
2. CANDID wire gluing machine will glue the flattened wire three times to make the final staple pin stronger. So it will not be divided when it's used in staple gun.
3. Our staple pin production line has two sets of straightening device so that the feeding wire will be more smooth and straight.
