Automatic bar feeders improve productivity by allowing CNC lathes to run unattended for extended periods of time. More time in-cut equals more capacity on the machine. For CNC lathe operations, an automatic bar feeder can even allow for a lights-out operation.

Features
Adopt microcomputer frequency conversion control technology, with a variety of automatic fault detection and automatic alarm function.
A rotation device is installed on the bar feeder to help the bar follow the rotation of the processed material to reduce the vibration and noise when feeding the material and ensure processing accuracy.
The surface of the front and rear support positioner is treated with galvanizing process.
Longer oil collection hood, longer oil shaking time for the bar material in the hood, making the bar material come out cleaner and with a better oil collection effect.
Dual oil supply for fast feeding, with a bypass pressure storage tank on the oil supply circuit to make the pressure more stable.
