Filter plate divided into plate and frame filter plate, chamber filter plate and membrane filter plate. According to the materail it can be divided into: modified enhanced polypropylene filter press, glass fiber polypropylene filter plate, rubber membrane filter plates, polypropylene membrane filter plates, cast iron filter plates, stainless steel filter plates,etc. According to feeding style, it can be classified: middle feeding, corner feeding and upper middle feeding, etc.Users can select filter press in different materials according to their requirments in production process.

Our filter plates made by the CNC and material is Reinforced Pure PP,  it has the following features:

2.All of plates are made by CNC.

5.Every plate before the delivery will be tested uder high pressure: 27 MPa.

The membrane filter press achieves the lowest residual moisture in the filter cake compared to conventional separation processes.
