In the production process of transposed conductors, there will be a problem of poor external dimensions of the transposed conductors. It is often found after the next process that it is irreversible, so that the product cannot be reordered. Winding process processing, adjusting the insulation structure affects the efficiency and product quality. Therefore, it is urgent to solve the existing problems of the large width and height of the transformer winding transposition wire, which is to solve the unqualified quality problem that the wire causes the transformer coil radial and lateral diameter to increase.
Analysis of two factors affecting equipment and processing methods:
1. The transposition head stop number of the transposition wire production line is not suitable. In the production, the transposition head stop is used according to the wire gauge. The transposition distance is large, the tightness of the transposition wire is reduced, and the size will be larger. It is one of the main factors that lead to the poor size of the transposed conductor.
2. Although the size of the insulated magnet wire is within the qualified range, for products with a small winding coil diameter and a large number of enameled wires per transposed conductor, the external dimensions of the transposed conductor are likely to be poor. It is two of the main factors that lead to the difference in the external dimensions of the transposed wire.
3. The mold size control is not suitable. Although it is within the qualified range, the size of the mold size repaired for a batch of products is the upper deviation, which is one of the main factors leading to the difference in the external dimensions of the transposed conductor.
