Product Description
RILSON offers a variety of material rubber sheets according to different requirements, such as SBR,NBR,CR,EPDM, viton etc. Our rubber sheet can also be insert with different cloth, like cotton insertion , nylon insertion and EP insertion etc. It has high tensile strength and won't easily deform. This insertion rubber sheet is used for coining sealing elements and making lightweight conveyor belts. The cloth inserted rubber sheet withstands even tough environments and is used in industries such as aviation, automobile, ship building, construction, electronics, chemical, sports, telecommunications, and electrical power.
Specification and Features of different material:
Natural Rubber: Good resistance of abrasion, high temperature, aging, it is used for gasket, flooring, etc.
SBR Rubber: better wear-resistant and anti-aging function than NR, low prices.
Neoprene Rubber (CR): Good climate resistance, ozone proof, hot resistant and chemical resistant.
NBR Rubber: Good oil-resistant, wear-resistant and anti-aging.
EPDM Rubber: Good antiaging, ozone proof, polar liquid resistant, good electric performance, and lightest rubber.
Silicon Rubber: Excellent oil and fats resistance and for high temperature up to 260° C.
Viton Rubber: the best product for resistance of acid/alkal, oil, corrosion and aging.
Butyl Rubber (BR): Low permeability and good anti-aging.
