Jingzhou delivers fabricated and configured wedge wires in various forms, mostly stainless steel wedge wire cylinders, tubes, centrifugal baskets, flat stainless steel wedge wire and curved panels, sieve bends, rotary screen and vibratory screen.
Wedge Wire Cylinders and filter tubes can be designed with slot openings and wires running on the outside surface of the screen cylinder, with diameters from 1/2" pipe size to 35". It can be fabricated from SS of various grades and LCG, with intersection of wedge wire and support rod firmly welded. Various combinations of wire and rod can be used to produce the best screening cylinders and tubes.
Rotary Screens and static screen typically use wedgewire for the filtering media.

A:Generally it is 7-15 days if the goods are in stock or it is 10-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
Q: Do you provide samples ? Is it free or extra Charge?
A:Our company will decide whether to provide samples according to the quantity of steel wire customized by you. If the quantity of customized steel wire is large, we will provide samples for free. On the contrary, we cannot provide samples for free.
