The magnetic levitation high-speed centrifugal blower is a new type of high-efficiency, energy-saving and environmentally friendly blower formed by integrating the magnetic levitation bearing technology and high-speed motor technology into the traditional blower, with the significant advantages of simple structure, high-efficiency and intelligence, integration, simple operation and maintenance, and low operating costs. It can be widely used in sewage treatment, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, textile, glass, electric power, mineral, food, paper and other industries, with remarkable energy-saving effects.
Working principle
The magnetic levitation centrifugal blower uses the direct driving structure of a high rotary speed permanent magnet motor, designed together with a centrifugal impeller and motor driving. It monitors the vibration of the shaft and space gap by the motion detector inside. Then it would transfer the signal to the magnetic levitation bearing controller to adjust, parse, calculate, and produce controlling current, transport the current into the magnetic bearing winding coil, produce electro-magnetic force, and then realise the levitation of the shaft.
The main function of a permanent magnet synchronous motor is to drive the rotary shaft. It produces the frequency-controllable current, and transports the current into the rotary magnetic field of the motor stator, to drive the shaft rotary at a higher speed.
The blower's main function is to boost air. The impeller, which whirls together with the shaft, works in the air. Air enters from the inlet collector of the volute, and the air becomes a gas with a certain flow rate and pressure under the guidance and pressurization of the volute, and finally blows out from the air outlet of the volute, to realise a gas delivery process with certain pressure and flow rate.
