This full automatic cartridge filling machine is used for filling chemical viscosity materials such as silicone sealant, silicone rubber, acrylic sealant, MS sealant, electronic sealant, adhesive or paste into plastic cartridges. Its structure is vertical filling. It can be designed with one or two filling systems and two plunger inserting system, it depends on the customers' production requirement, the filling speed of single filling system is about 25-32pcs/min, the filling speed of double filling systems is about 50-60pcs/min.
During the filling process, the uploading of plastic cartridges and plungers, material filling, plunger inserting and air exhausting are automatic, quantity counting and code printing are also automatic. There's friendly man-machine interface, worker can set the filling volume by touching type interface directly. When the finished products come out from the machine, the worker can sit down and pack them into the paper cartons. If customer don't want their worker sit down for putting the finished products into paper cartons, we can do an extra convey belt and lifting shelf with the filling machine together, in this case worker can stand instead of sitting down, and put the finished products into paper cartons.
This automatic filling machine has advantages of filling fastly and operating continuous, it not only meets large-scale production requirement, saves production cost, but also keeps the quality of sealant stable and reliable.
By TT, 40% deposit and 60% balance paid before delivery.
Delivery time is 45 working days after receiving the deposit.
