Principle
One Step hepatitis b HBsAg test kit is a rapid direct binding test for the visual detection of HBsAg in serum as an aid in the diagnosis of hepatitis B infection. One Step HBsAg Test is based on the principle of sandwich immunoassay for determination of HBsAgin serum. Monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies(Antigens) were employed to specifically identify HBsAgwith high sensitivity. This one step test only takes about 10-20 minutes. Test results are read visually without any instrument.

Characteristic
It can detect 1.0 ng/ml of HBsAg.
It can detect whole blood, serum and plasma samples.
HBsAg monoclonal antibody is used for coating. It excludes alien interference and has a high specificity.

Sensitivity: It can detect 1 ng/ml HBsAg in 15 min, 0.5 ng/ml HBsAg in 30 min.
Specificity: It shows no cross reaction with clinical HAV-, HCV-, RF-, and VDRL- positive serum samples.
