Brief description:
When the gas analyzer pretreatment system is running at high speed, static sparks will be generated. If the materials inside contain flammable and volatile gases such as alcohols, benzene, esters, etc., there will be a safety hazard of explosion.
The gas analyzer pretreatment system is designed to pretreat and monitor gases online in harsh environments such as high temperature, high humidity, and high dust in industrial production processes. After pretreatment, the target gas meets the clean gas required by the gas analyzer, which can ensure the accuracy of gas detection and analysis to a large extent, effectively extend the service life of the gas sensor, and improve the reliability of the sensor.

Features:
1. Customized pretreatment: backflushing, acid-base neutralization, organic matter removal, water removal, cooling, drying, voltage stabilization, constant flow, etc. of sample gas;
2. Safety: When the oxygen concentration exceeds the first-level preset alarm value, the electromagnetic adjustment and nitrogen replacement will be automatically turned on until the value drops to a safe range; when it exceeds the second-level preset alarm value, the power supply will be automatically cut off and the centrifuge will stop working;
3. Applicable explosion-proof areas: Intrinsically safe explosion-proof composite instrument, suitable for harsh use areas;
4. Nitrogen flow control: Equipped with a nitrogen control box, it automatically cuts off the large flow of nitrogen when the oxygen concentration is within a safe range to achieve a small flow of continuous supply to meet the micro-positive pressure in the centrifuge;
