OPE wax for PVC Transparent products
PVC transparent products require lubricants to have strong performance and cannot affect transparency. Adding an appropriate amount of polar oxidized wax will not affect the transparency, and also will improve the demold performance.
In the PVC blow molding, extrusion and calendering films, the high density oxidized wax SH916A is already an indispensable lubricant in the formulation.
SH916A can increase PVC plasticization speed, super metal peelability and dispersion.
Low density OPE wax SH9308 has mild promotion for PVC plasticization, excellent external lubrication.
