Our company is focus on textile finishing machine area as Chinese professional manufacturer for more than 20 years.This machine could replace Hydro extractor, Expander and Softener process, which is used for processing of roped tubular fabric.Now it becomes easy to detwist the roped tubular fabric and squeeze water automatically, no more labor wasted on this work.
This is a line for the treatment of tubular fabrics after washing and dyeing. It winds and relaxes the fabric rope and reduces moisture in the material without centrifuging.
Dewatering of knitted fabrics with a traditional hydro extractor results creases and wrinkles. These can be avoided by installing our balloon squeezer. It solves the problem and also brings two semi-continues operations into a single, continues process of extraction and plating. This machine can open, untangle, extract, stretch and well compact knitted fabric continuously in a single operation.
Introduction
The machine is used for open width cotton fabric pre-shrinking process.
At the beginning of overfeed, the cotton fiber will be processed by steaming to increase the humidity and plasticity. Then the fabric will be widened and pre-shrinked in order to reduce shrinkage and get a good soft feature.
Some fabric could be used directly after drying machine processing, and you can get a stable size, qualified shrinkage and soft effect. If the fabric couldn't reach the standard, you can repeat the processing step and obtain satisfactory result.
Based on different fabric width, we can provide the following machine models:

Our machine is mainly used for cotton and other natural fibers,

Payment Conditions: 30% down payment by T/T and the balance payment should be TT or in irrevocable L/C at sight.
