Crystry® Opical Variable PigmentsCrystru Optical Variable Pigments consists of optically variable films of specific spectral properties. According to specific film structure design, we use the high vacuum coating technology, precisely control the thickness and order of each film layer, then coat the pulverized and classified films, and make the films sequentially deposited on the same carrier to form the optical color changing pigments. Multi-layer films of different thicknesses cause optical interference effects, resulting in discoloration effects from different angles.The same pigments can change different colors from 0-45 degrees
Application
It is widely used in printing on screen, flexo, embossing and gravure etc. Its formulated security inks have variable color effects, which is the key to optical color-changing inks. It is also suitable for coatings such as surface coating.
