Appearance: tawny granular powder or purple lump powder
Composition: RDS-IIR rubber recycling agent is composed of many kinds of activating agents.
Application:applicable to the reclaiming of IIR bottle stopper trimming or waste IIR bottle stopper vulcanized by resin or magnesium oxide.

Recycling Technique:
Recycling technique of IIR bottle stopper trimming or old bottle stopper
First, weigh 100 parts by weight of clean waste IIR bottle stopper trimming, adjust the roll pitch of the refining mill to 0, mill the grinding trimming on the refining mill for 1-2 min, and then add 3 parts by weight of reclaiming agent RDS-IIR, mill for 3 min and add 4-5 parts by weight of paraffin oil, mill run for 6-9 min before sheeting and rolling and the IIR bottle stopper reclaimed rubber is produced.
If there is no refining mill, operate directly on the open mill. First, break the IIR bottle stopper by big roll pitch, and turn the roll pitch to 0.5mm, adding the reclaiming agent RDS-IIR and paraffin oil step by step, mix evenly and turn the roll pitch to 0, sheet after 3 times of mill running.
