Maintenance and installation 6 steps
Step 1:Remove the dust around the wiring cap of the high voltage wire, and clean the dust and dirt around the spark plug with an air gun when conditions permit, so as to avoid dust or dirt falling into the combustion chamber or the external washer bearing.
Step 2:Pull out the high-voltage wiring cap by hand or auxiliary tools, be sure to pull out the wiring cap, remember not to pull out the high-voltage wire directly, so as not to separate the high-voltage wire from the contact in the wiring cap!
Step 3: Use a special sleeve to loosen the spark plug, and the sleeve must match the dimensions of the hexagonal face of the spark plug. After loosening, you can gently spin it out with your fingers or with the help of a special rubber tube.
Step 4:Gently screw the new spark plug into the cylinder head by hand. When the mounting hole is deep, you can screw in the rubber tube or magnetic sleeve. Do not throw the spark plug directly into the mounting hole to avoid damage to the ignition end.
Step 5:Tighten the spark plug with recommended torque. Try to use a fixed torque wrench. When using an ordinary wrench, turn it about 90 degrees (flat seat spark plug) after the wrench begins to struggle.
Step 6:Heck whether the high voltage cable cap is aged or damaged. After confirming that it is intact, press the high voltage cable cap vertically onto the spark plug with your hand until you hear a click. It is best to change the cylinder line simultaneously when changing the spark plug.
