A: We are manufacturer since 2013y, we started as OEM manufacturer for several Chinese local orthopedic company, then after our CE & ISO13485 certificate approved in 2019y, now we start to promote our own brand Tool Med.

Q: How's quality? Any Certificate? Regions of sales?
A: Our products are approved by CE/ISO13485. Now we have sales in Asia, South America and Eastern Europe.

Q: Regional Distribution?
A: We are open for all possible cooperation, if customer has interests in brand distribution, we will do our best to support registration.

Q: How long is delivery time?
A: Regular lead time for implants is 30 days and instrument 45 days.

Q: Samples available? Free or extra ?
A: We can offer sample, our sample policy is we need to charge it in the beginning but we can deduct the sample value in your future's official orders.

Q: Terms of payment ?
A: 30% T/T payment in advance, 70% balance before shipment.

Q: Any OEM service?
A: Because our company is started for OEM service, the OEM manufacturing is our advantage.
