Product Description
YOUTE stainless steel oscillate coil is made from slitting cold-rolled stainless steel strip. The coil weight ranges from 300kg to 600kg, with no more than two strip joints. Joint positions are marked with a 20cm red label. The oscillate coil is 20 times longer than an ordinary single strip, suitable for automated production lines with high levels of automation.
The stainless steel oscillate coil features a burr-free rounded edge design. The extra-long strips reduce the time required for threading, welding, and production line stops and starts, thereby increasing productivity by 40%. During processing, head and tail waste is minimized, maximizing strip production and minimizing waste handling.
