JDZW-35 outdoor voltage transformer is an epoxy resin vacuum casting fully enclosed structure, suitable for rated frequency 50HZ, rated voltage 35KV and below outdoor equipment power system, for voltage, electric energy measurement and relay protection. This type of voltage transformer is made of outdoor special epoxy resin with arc resistance, ultraviolet resistance and aging resistance. 1. The full-wave withstand voltage (peak) of primary winding lightning impulse (internal and external insulation) is 200kV, and the lightning impulse truncated withstand voltage (peak) is 230kV.
2. The withstand voltage of the end of the primary winding to the secondary winding and the ground frequency is 3kV,1min.
3. The frequency doubling induction withstand voltage of the primary winding is 80kV, 40S.
4. Partial discharge level: When the pre-applied voltage is 64kV (square mean root value) and the measured voltage is 48.6kV, the apparent discharge quantity is not more than 20pC respectively.
JDZW-35 voltage transformer is a pillar type structure, using epoxy resin fully enclosed casting, with arc resistance, UV radiation resistance, aging resistance, long life and other characteristics, is the ideal replacement of outdoor oil-immersed transformer products. Because the transformer is fully enclosed and cast with epoxy resin, it is small in size, light in weight, and suitable for installation in any position and any direction. The terminal box is installed at the secondary outlet terminal, and the secondary wire can be drawn from the terminal box in three different directions, which is convenient for wiring and can realize the measures to prevent electric theft. There are four mounting holes in the base plate for installation.
