Thermoelectric potential through the wire into the solenoid valve internal coil, so that the solenoid valve produces a magnetic field, so that it quickly suction, the gas stove valve is open, the gas pathway is open to maintain normal combustion; when once encountered a gust of wind or soup and other overflow, extinguish the burning flame, then the thermocouple of the thermoelectric potential quickly drop to zero, the solenoid valve coil is de-energized, and then the solenoid valve is not suction state, the role of the spring reset quickly, so that the sealing gasket to close the gas pathway. The gasket closes the gas path and stops gas supply to ensure personal safety.

Precautions for thermocouple
1. The heated part of the thermocouple should be heated at 3-5mm of the copper sleeve of the thermocouple, do not install the copper sleeve inside the flame. Otherwise, it will cause its thermal potential to decrease and reduce the life of the thermocouple.
2. The fixed position of the thermocouple and the positive and negative conductor parts, as far as possible to maintain good heat dissipation, so that the mounting plate and the thermocouple assembly to reduce the accumulation of heat, which is conducive to the shortening of the closing time.
