It is easily dissolved in hot water, alcohol, ether, acetone; Slightly dissolved in cold water, benzene, and not dissolved in carbon bisulfide. It is dissolved in 125 cold water and relative density is 1.46.
Usage: This product could be used an intermediate of antiseptics, dyestuff, medicine and injection molding. Nipagins could be gained by its esterfication with alcohol. It is also the main raw material for liquid crystal polymer and material for pesticide intermediates.
Package: It is packed with braided plastic bags within double PE linings. Each has net weight of 25 kg. Those packed with PP bag has its net weight of 500 kg/b or 1000 kg/b.
