1. How can i place an order?
Please provide the details of your requirements as clear as possible. So we can send you the offer at the first time. For designing or further discussion, it is better to contact us with email /phone(Wechat is strongly recommended), in case of any delays.
2. What kind of display do we provide?
We have indoor/outdoor/mobile LED /rental LED display /LED stage/ Advertising LED display /Transparent flexible film screen and so on.
3. What about the lead time for an order?
Usually: 10-17 days, depending on your order quantity, sometimes we have stock, delivery within 7 days
4. What about the warranty?
Two years!(the warranty of LED display industry practice is only 1 year)
Actually our products can run 5-10 years!
5. How about the quality?
Our led products must be tested for at least 72 hours and make sure everything is perfect before shipping, from raw materials purchase to shipping. Each step has to pass the strict quality control systems to ensure the high quality of our products.
6. Can you offer a technical support? Since it's my first time....
We provide free training for our customer to set screens, broadcast the videos through Nova star and Colorlight control systems.
