Characteristics
P20 or 1.2311 plastic mold steel is a kind of plastic mold steel widely used in the world, with good comprehensive mechanical properties, good hardenability. It is easy to get the homogeneous hardness throughout the section for big dimension blocks. Good polish ability, good toughness on the surface. Delivered in Pre-hardening condition, used directly for making molds, that can guaranteegood usability and avoid the deformation in heat treatment.
Applications
It is suitable for making large or medium-sized precision plastic mould and low-melting point alloy (such as Tin,Zinc,Lead) die-casting moulds. It usually use for making of TV cabinets, washing machine, refrigerator inner shell, buckets,etc.
Delivery Time: 7-10 working days for steel in stock. 20-60 working days for direct production based on the quantity.

Before loadnig into container, all product will go through pre-shipment inspection by our professional QC group. UT test shalled be applied to steel material, according to Sep 1921 C/c,D/d,or E/e level based on different type of steel.

Our MOQ each order is around 25 Tons(one container), customer can mix different types of steel to reach this quantity.
