Description:
CYCOLOY Resin LG9000 is low gloss blend of PC + ABS. It is amorphous, durable, UV stabilized and offers ease of processing with low-temperature ductility. It provides high-dimensional stability and reduced gloss surface without use of paint. It exhibits impact and high heat resistance. It is UL recognized, (94HB Flame Class Rating 3) grade. It can be processed by injection molding. CYCOLOY Resin LG9000 is used in automotive interior applications.

CYCOLOY MC1300 resin is an injection moldable PC/ABS blend with excellent flow and impact performance. It is designed for plating applications mostly used in the automotive industry.

CYCOLOY MC8002 is a ductile, impact modified PC+ABS grade. Exhibits high impact resistance. CYCOLOY MC8002 is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used for automotive applications.

CYCOLOY MC8100 is a PC+ABS grade. CYCOLOY MC8100 is suitable for processing by blow molding.

CYCOLOY Resin MC8800 is a high impact PC+ABS grade. Exhibits low CTE and high heat resistance. CYCOLOY Resin MC8800 is suitable for processing by injection molding.

CYCOLOY Resin XCM830 is a filled blend of PC + ABS. It is amorphous, durable and possesses high stiffness. It offers outstanding dimensional stability and high modulus with superior ductility. It exhibits low coefficient of thermal expansion, high impact and heat resistance.

CYCOLOY XCY620 PC+ ABS Automotive applications, High Impact and High Flow, ductility at low temperature, excellent properties retention after Hydrolytic and Heat Aging.

CYCOLOY XCY620S PC/ABS, hydrolytically stable, standard black and natural.

Overview:

Cycoloy resins are amorphous PC/ABS blends which combine the most desirable properties of both resins; the excellent processibility of ABS and the superior mechanical properties and heat resistance of polycarbonate. Impact is maintained down to -30°C while heat resistance can be in the range of 95°C -140°C (Vicat B120).
