Description:
We choose 1/4 round PCD together with tungsten carbide bits together to make PCD diamond cup wheel to remove tough and hard coatings from concrete floor surface. The coatings can be epoxy, paint, glue, acrylics, mastics, adhesives, urethane, elastic coatings, etc.
PCD bits penetrate, cut those coatings and remove the materials on the floor surface in quite an efficient way.
While the tungsten carbide bits consume with almost same speed as PCDs and keeps a better balance of the cup wheels.
Less wobbling, smooth cutting & grinding will make the workers have a nice experience with our PCD cup wheels with tungsten carbide bits.
PCD are shorted for polycrystalline diamond which is known as a super hard and abrasive resistant material. Tungsten Carbide is named"Teeth for industries" before diamonds can be produces in bulk. It is still used in many applications like cutting, drill etc.
