Milk plate is equipped In the spindle, there are 20pcs bottle support base around milk plate. a milk storage tank is set up on the top of the spindle, 20pcs filling valves are equipped around the milk storage tank.
When working, milk bottle mouth goes into filling valve through
Cylinder cam track. And rise to some position, filling valves open, the fresh milk is filled
into the bottle, the air in the bottle is discharged through air pipe till the milk is full of the
bottle.
A double of taper shape gears are set up under the milk storage tank. through special
shake handle make milk bottles rise or decline. To adjust milk filling suitable height, H=185mm.also, the rise or decline of milk tank also be convenient for filling valves take apart and
cleaning.
