The expanded foam produced from low density Polyethylene materials.It is inserted into cap for clean, dust-free, and moisture-free use, and being stable seal under normal storage conditions.
Application:It is widely applied for industries of foods, pharmaceuticals, daily chemicals… ect.Multiuse on glass, metal and plastic bottles as a barrier from air, especially excellent in most chemical acids and alcohols.
The foam seal may be integrated used with induction foil sealing application

- Cap Lining&Wadding Machine: PrecutLiner Inserted into Cap&(Punching Liner in Roll & Inserting Punched Liner into Cap): bring the efficiency to a series of processing from cutting the liners to inserting the cut liners into caps to cease the overload of manual insertion and prevent the accidentally pollution.
