The L shape angle is 90 degreeright angle. Bonding lenght: limitless
1. Dual servo motors control the bonding speed, the product can be made very straight
2. A roll of tape will be included with the shipment.If the height of the air knife is 100mm and the height of the material is only 50mm, then you just need to seal the 50mm with tape.
3. Materials: PE, EPE, XPE
4. No need to change hot air nozzle when change to different bonding thickness. It can be adapted to various sizes, just stick the extra size with our adhesive tape.
5. CNC adjust bonding speed to match different thhickness. Our right-angle machine is driven by two motor drum. It has a display screen to display the temperature and speed. You can directly input it, and the operation is very convenient.

Yes, all machines we supply are developped and manufactured by our own company. We own the patent. You can come visit our factory in Guangzhou and test the machine yourself.
2. What's the maximum cutting thickness?
Our EPE foam slitting machine can cut maximum 100mm height foam sheets each time.
3. How your machine maintain high accuracy?
Our EPE foam slitting machine is equipped with 6 servo motor and can cut EPE foam sheets accurately in each vertical and horizontal side.
