Product Description
1) PE Heat-activated shrink wrap film, a durable puncture resistant shrink wrap, used for bundling and wrapping products and large objects, mostly for industrial or marine shrink wrapping applications.The thick, heavy duty shrink film can be used to wrap and protect buildings, boats, and a variety of other large objects. As it is usually used in the outside, UV inhibitors are added in the making process.
2) Size: single layer 200~5000mm wide, tubing or centerflold 200~2500mm wide, 15~300 micrometer thick, length/ weight as per client requirement. Paper core inner diameter normally 76mm.
3) Properties:
Color: transparent >90%. Specific weight: 0.93g/cm3
Shrink ratio: longitudinal 50%-80%, lateral 15~30%
Heat activation temperature: 120~220 .C
Tearing resistance: longitudinal or lateral, not less than 40KN/ M
Tensile strength: longitudinal or lateral, not less than 17MPa
Elongation: over 200%
4) Waterproof, Oil-proof, Moisture-proof, Anti-corrosion; Non-toxic; Tear-resistent.
