Product Description
The PE pipe for water supply of our company is produced and detected strictly according to GB/T13663-2000, that is satisfactorily in accordance with European PrEN 2201-2 standard, and fitting is GB/T17219.
Our raw material is imported from South Korea, the drying systems are imported from Motan, Germany. And the production lines are imported from Weber, Krauss Maffei, Batten Feld, which combined with our strict quality control system assures the distinguished quality performance of our products.
Characteristics of our PE pipe and fittings:
-- Corrosion resistant.
-- No-poisonous.
-- Low flow resistance. The interior wall of PE pipe is smooth, the friction coefficient is very low and the flux of a fluid is very high.
-- No Leakage.
-- High Ductility. PE pipe for water supply possess high ductility, its extension ration at break can not excess 500%, and has strong ability for fit with pipe tank non-uniform settling.
-- Excellent Flexibility. The flexibility of Polyethylene makes PE pipe for water supply can be coiled. It is using for no pipe tank construction. Layout PE pipe for water supply depends the demand of construct.
-- Good resistance ability for scratch. Scratch can make the material strength concentration and cause pipe damage.
-- Resistance to impact. PE pipes are so tough that they do not intend to rupture if heavy presses the pipes directly.
-- Convenient for construction.
Usually the pipe length is 6m, 9m, 12m. Also we can product any length pipe to satisfy our customers. Pipe less than 63mm can be coiled, the length is 50m, 100m, 150m etc. Specially, pipe diameter between 75mm and 110mm can be coiled also according to customers' requirement.
