PE Protective Film Coating Machine
Application: Suitable for coating PE protective film.Feature
1. Siemens PLC control system with touch panel operation.
2. Double-station unwind without shutdown. Splice automatically to reduce waste.
3. Double gravure rollers coating head design. Two times of coating realize at one time.
4. Separate tension control in closed loop, with more stable production tension, no material stretching or deformation.
5. Arched oven design (conveyor belt/guide roller). Independent and precise temperature control for partitioned area.
6. Side top opening type of oven, easy for operation and cleaning.
7. Web guide control by servo motor, with smooth rewinding.
8. Four-shaft/ Double-shaft surface rewinding, with automatic splicing and roll change. Rewinding electronic protective film without air bubbles.
Notes: Machine size, power, speed, heating type, etc. are customizable. All our coating machines support remote help.
