The flower basket is also called wafer box, cleaning box, wafer boat box, wafer cassette, and is used to transport and store wafers in the semiconductor manufacturing process. Also known as wafer carriers, they are designed to hold or carry several wafers of the same size and are available in a range of materials to support specific applications such as thermal processing. Vacuum bars are commonly used to collect and deposit wafers in cassettes, which are then used to transfer wafers between process chambers and other storage containers. Custom tapes can be designed to interface with specific systems or storage containers. Our baskets can hold one to multiple wafers, usually up to 25 wafers for transport or storage. Open sidewall structure for easy wafer handling.
