Material Properties:
PLA (Polylactic Acid) is made of corn or plant starch extract.
CPLA is created for higher heat use products since PLA has a low melt point with heat resistance only up to 40ºC or 105ºF.

Q1: Are you a manufacturer?
A1: Yes, Quanhua is a manufacturer established in the year 2018 with 1 plant building and now it's already expanded in 4 plant buildings. Besides, its former Suyuan company started its cutlery business since 2006.
Q2:What is CPLA Cutlery?
A2: The raw material of CPLA cutlery is PLA resin. After the PLA material is crystallized during manufacture, it can resist to high temperatures up to 185F. Compared with regular PLA cutlery, CPLA cutlery has better strength, higher heat resistance, and a nicer appearance.
Q3: What's your payment terms?
A3: 30% deposit, balance upon received BL Copy; L/C at sight.
Q4: Can I Customize the products or package?
A4: Yes, both products and packages are customized based on the actual demand.
Q5: How many days can I get samples?
A5: Generally, it takes only 3-5 days to get ready samples in the factory, and sometimes if it's lucky enough, you can get samples immediately from our stock.
Q6: How do you conduct quality control?
A6: Strict in-house quality control is conducted, and third-party goods inspection is acceptable.
Q7: What's your MOQ and lead time?
A7:Our MOQ is 200ctns/ item (1000pcs/ctn). The lead time is about 7-10 days after the order is confirmed and the deposit payment is received.
Q8: What's the custom mold timeline?
A8: The sample mold takes about 7-10 days to be finished. The production mold takes about 35-45 days to be finished.
Q9:Is PSM Cutlery Compostable?
A9:No, PSM cutlery is not compostable. It's a compound of renewable plant starch and plastic filler. However, PSM is a good alternative to 100% petroleum-based plastics.
Q10:How long does it take for CPLA cutlery to compost?
A10:Our CPLA Cutlery will compost in an industrial/commercial composting facility within 180 days.
Q11: Are your products safe for food contact?
A11: Sure, with BPI, DIN CERTCO, and OK Compost certificating, all our products are food-contact safe.
