Feature:
This glass beveling machine is suitable for flat glass straight-line bevel grinding and polishing. It offers three-wheel kibbling, three-wheel grinding, two-wheel pneumatic polishing and one-wheel bottom grinding. It also has stepless speed regulator to adjust processing speed, and PLC programmable controller for automatic or manual controlling. You can set the thickness of glass by the LCD touch-screen and the remaining bottom edge thickness and oblique edge width after grinding, etc., the information is displayed in graphs and digits. From setting to kibbling, grinding and polishing, it can be done in one process.

Glass straight line beveling machine is used to grind and polish bevel of glass with various size and thickness .
Motors are fit on movable platform move together with front beam.
Grinding and polishing of bevel and grinding of bottom edge can be completed in one time.
There are two options manual and automatic operation. it can be controlled in PLC automatically with touch screen
which can set parameters.
The front pads can be adjusted up and down and process small size glass.
Set two wheel for rough grinding, four wheels for fine grinding, two pneumatic polishing and one bottom grinding ,all can be completed in one procession. The speed of driving can be adjusted by stepless reducer which can adjust at random during available speed range.
The speed is adjustable with stepless motor,high precision ,easy operation.Motors are fit on movable platform move together with front beam.
