Low carbon steel wire drawing machine
Pulley wire drawing machine is a non-slip dry continuous wire drawing machine with integrable thread. When a middle drum is temporarily stopped, the following drums can still work for a period of time depending on their respective thread accumulation. This model has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation and low maintenance.
Currently the commonly used wire drawing machines in the market are pulley wire-drawing machines and straight-line drawing machines. Straight-line drawing machines include horizontal straight-line drawing machines and vertical straight-line drawing machine.
PULLEY WIRE DRAWING MACHINE
This machine are composed of several of several single block in parallel , which are controlled by the PLC programme. The speed of the machine is controlled by inverter. It can be used to draw metal wires including steel, aluminum, and copper etc. This machine is composed by structure members including capstan device, bridge device, die box, pulley device, cooling device, protective cover, and frame. The material of the capstan is ZG45 spray painting tungsten carbide. The surface is Mirror-surface treated and is rigid and wear without damaging the surface of the welding wire. The capstan adopts inner wall slit-type cooling and box direct cooling. which will provide sound effect .Additionally this wire drawing machines can be used with bobbin take-up machine or trunk type take-up machine.
