PLC water cooling lab open mill
The lab open mill is suitable for polymers such as rubber and plastic industry mixing process, masterbatch and other engineering raw materials. As the raw material and mixed with the agent and to achieve the desired color and quality.
The double roll mirror surfaces of this lab open mill are plated by chrome. Its internal adopts electric heating and water cooling system to make the temperature of roller surface uniform. Roller space can reconcile three-dimensional security devices, safe and reliable, advanced and practical.

Features
- The temperature of electric-type roll mill can be up to300ºC, meeting the requirements of plasticating for most raw materials.
- The machine is equipped with high-precision imported temperature control and the specially designed injection technology of pipeline flow distribution which can precisely control the saturated degree of filled oil to ensure higher accuracy of temperature control.
- Tap water channels are built in the closed interlayer insulation tank to drop the temperature quickly and strongly, thus to balance the temperature.
- Rollers are made of SKD chromium-molybdenum steel. With the surface-layer processing of carburization, chromium plating and polishing, the hardness reaches 60HRC, making the plates durable and never to rust.
- Precision spiral slash gear energy device is adopted as regulating device with precise scale instructions and positioning locking handle to prevent the roll from displacing and ensure the precision of tested pieces, even the most hard rubber products can be easily broken.
- It imports gear reducer motor with big torque and ground chain with big torque force, stable drive and low operation noise. Stepless frequency conversion, single speed governing or double speed governing control can be selected. The rotation speed of the rollers can be adjusted at will with the speed range of 0-35rpm.
- This equipment is equipped with three-dimensional security devices with high operation security. Emergency stop rod is set on the top of the roller. Once it was touched, the rotating roller will be stopped immediately. Reversal stop device is set in front of the machine. Touch reversal doors with knees, the roller will stop after reversal turning 1/3.
