Application
This machine is used for slitting and rewinding all kinds of thermal paper, including fax paper, cash register paper, ATM paper, ECG paper, medical record paper, POS paper, NCR paper, computer bill, film and self-adhesive trademarks, etc.

Feature
1. Equipped with Japan Panasonic PLC and touch screen, all the parameters are displayed on the monitor. You only need to setup the material roll diameter and thickness, the PLC will give a proper parameter for machine running automatically.
2. Machine adopts Taiwan DELTA inverter control for multi-speed transmission.
3. Unwinder use automatic tension control.
4. Jumbo roll uplifter uses automatic double-cylinder type.
5. All driving roller are after dynamic/static treatment.
6. Machine adopts surface rewinding method. Rewind shaft connects paper without glue or adhesive tape for neat & nice outlook. It is ideal equipment for fax paper slitting.
7. Equipped with warning sign device for end roll marking.
8. Shear blade slitting with auto edge trimming device. Rewind shaft slitting size is controlled by the gasket which is adjustable upon request. (Common slitting size such as: 44mm, 57mm, 76mm, 80mm, 210mm).
9. Auto tucker and adjust material tightness.
10. Auto meter counting function, when set value is finished, the machine will auto stop.
11. Equipped with Japan NSK bearing.
12. Equipped with emergency stop device.
