PP conveyor belt with unique properties: high tensile strength, impact resitance, corrosion resitant, low-temperature resistant(can work in -50ºC), good toughness, low friction, which can adapt to various working enviroment.Many poultry farms have equipped at home and abroad.
They are used for poultry cage for shoving dropping. There are two modes of those thickness is 1mm and 1.2mm---1.8mm.
PP Polypropylene is a white waxy material with a transparent and light appearance.
The chemical formula is (C3H6)n, the density is 0.89~0.91g/cm3, It is flammable, with a melting point of 189ºC, softening at about 155ºC, and the use temperature range is -30~140ºC .
It is resistant to corrosion by acids, alkalis, salt solutions and a variety of organic solvents below 80°C, and can be decomposed under high temperature
We mainly produce PP ,PE conveyor belt(matching for poultry cages equipment).The conveyor belt we made is usually glossy white, Length, width can be produced according to customer requires, the max width is 2500mm.
