1. The whole line is flowing is : conveyer belt - crusher - Screw loader - floating - screw loader - frication machine - Screw loader - dewater - screw loader - hot pipe dryer.
2. The capacity can be supplized accroding to your requrement, such as : 300kg/h, 500kg/h, 800kg/h, 1000kg/h,1500kg/h, 2000kg/h
3. How many parts do you need is according to your require.such as floating ,you can use one set or two sets, and also three sets, this is up to how dirty of your raw material.
4. You can choose full automatic or half-automatic line
5. We have SGS certifcation, past CE certifcation.
6. After drying the water content can reach 5-8% (according to the thickness of film).
* Each parts' function:
* 1 Bale conveyer -conveying the raw materials into the crusher machine.
* 2 Wet crusher -It will crush the material into small pieces 24hours/day without stop, crushing with water will cool the knives and clean the crushed film firstly.
* 3 Screw conveyer -Feeding the material into next step ,and rub the material.
* 4 Floating washer -water will rinse material and separate sand from material.
* 5 Screw conveyer -Feeding the material into next step ,and rub the material.
* 6 High-speed friction washer -With water spraying, high speed rotation creates centrifugal force to strongly rub and wash material.
* 7 Drying system-Blowing the dry material into heating pipes, the hot air from heating box will also get into the pipes to dry the material.
* 8 Storage hopper -Collecting the clean film.
* 9 Electricity panel-Control the whole line.
