Product description:
Polyethylene (polyester) waterproofing membrane is made of polyethylene, high-strength polypropylene (polyester) non-woven fabric, ultraviolet light-shielding agent, anti-aging agent and other polymer raw materials (original raw materials), and is extruded and molded by an automated production line. The middle layer of the membrane is a waterproof layer and an anti-aging layer, and the upper and lower surfaces are enhanced bonding layers, which are bonded with the self-developed Guihe binder. It is firm and reliable, has no warping, no hollowing, and double-layer waterproofing, forming a complete polyethylene polypropylene-polymer cement waterproofing system.
Scope of application:
It is suitable for waterproofing of various roofs, basements, tunnels, and other buildings; waterproofing of roofs and underground projects of civil and industrial buildings, water tanks, municipal engineering, bridges, subways, tunnels, dams and other projects, especially suitable for key projects with high requirements for durability and corrosion resistance and easy deformation.
Construction technology:Construction procedure: Check and accept the leveling layer → clean the base layer → prepare cement adhesive → make additional layer → base layer construction → protective layer → maintenance Before bonding, first spread the roll material, align it, then fold the two ends of the roll material in half and roll it up, pour the prepared cement adhesive on the base layer, and scrape it evenly with a scraper, then push the roll material forward, and use the scraper to remove the air left inside the roll material in time, and scrape out the excess adhesive. The bonding rate between the roll material and the leveling layer is ≥85%.
Jointing method:
Roof waterproof joint construction: The vapor barrier layer, waterproof layer and additional layer are all overlapped by the method of jointing, and are bonded with cement adhesive, with a width of 10cm. The joints of the additional layer and the waterproof layer are staggered by more than 5cm.
Basement waterproof joint construction: Adopt the 10-15cm overlap cover strip joint method, and the cover strip is bonded with a polymer joint adhesive.
The overlap width of waterproofing membrane is 8-10cm on the long side and 10-15cm on the short side. The adjacent short side joints should be staggered by more than 100cm, and the angle between the wall and the ground should be more than 30cm.
Protective layer: After the membrane is laid and glued, a 2cm thick 1:2.5 cement mortar protective layer should be applied on the waterproof layer. It should be applied twice. The joints of the two layers must be staggered by more than 20cm. The protective layer should be flat and watered for maintenance.
