This machine can produce many different size of pp split film which are mainly used for twisted rope,baler twine,banana twine, plastic raffia string, etc.
Material: Polypropylene(pp), Polyethylene(pe), mixed material, recycled material.
Rope Size: 5000-80000D
Rope Type: Flat yarn , twisted yarn.
Final package: 1kgs bobbin, 2kgs bobbin, 5kgs bobbin, 100-1000gram ball.
Also have High speed high capacity model, production capacity max. 500kgs/hour.
2. CNRM Pe plastic rope cord making machine and production line
1. Rope Raw material: PP(polypropylene), HDPE( polyethylene) ,100% new or recycle mixed material Rope.
3. PP Danline Rope Making Machine and Production Line(Polysteel)
This is mainly for marine rope production-PP danline & Polysteel rope.
Rope Size: 3-80mm
Rope Type: 3 strand,4 strand, 8 strand, 12 strand rope and cordage.
Production Capacity: 1000-5000kgs/24hours.
