CYTC-412 intelligent mutual inductor comprehensive tester is a new generation innovative CT, PT tester developed base on mutual inductor volt-ampere characteristic ratio Polarity tester. This device use high performance DSP and FPGA, advanced manufacturing technology, stable performance and reliable, complete function, high level of automation,it is the professional test instrument of transformer in electric power industry.
Product Features:
1.Comprehensive function, can meet the test requirement of different kinds of CT(such as protection class, measurement class, TP class) excitation characteristic(volt ampere characteristic), ratio, polarity, secondary winding resistance, secondary load, ratio difference and angle difference ect. also can used for testing excitation characteristics of all kinds of PT electromagnetic units, ratio, polarity, secondary winding resistance, ratio difference ect.
2.Field test do not need standard current mutual inductor, current source, load box, voltage regulation controlling box and large current conductor, use very simple test connection, operation is simple, greatly reduce the working intensity and improve the working efficiency. Convenient to carry out the on site test for transformer.
3.Can exactly test the ratio difference and angle difference, the maximum error of ratio difference is ±0.05%, the maximum error of angle difference is ±2min, can carry out 0.2s level current transformer test, ratio test range is 1~40000.
4.Based on the advanced frequency conversion method to test the CT/PT volt ampere characteristic curve and the 10% error curve, output maximum only 180V AC voltage and 12Arms(36A peak value) AC current, but can bear turning point up to 60KV CT test.
5.Automatically give the turning point voltage/current, 10%(5%) error curve, accurate limit factor(ALF), instrument security factor(FS), secondary time constant(Ts), maintenance coefficient(Kr), saturated and unsaturated inductance ect, CT, PT parameter.
6.Test according with GB1208(IEC60044-1), GB16847(IEC60044-6), GB1207 ect, transformer test standard, automatically select test standards according to the type and level of transformer.
7.Test is simple and convenient, one key complete CT AC resistance, excitation magnetic, ratio and polarity test, in addition to the load test, the other CT tests are using the same wiring connecting method.
8.Full dynamic graphics interface, can complete connection, parameter setting without reference instruction: dynamic display parameter setting, automatically displays the relevant parameters according to the currently selected test items; dynamic display help wiring diagram, displays the corresponding connection diagram according to the currently selected test items.
9.Equipped with background analysis software, convenient to save, change, analysis the test report, can used for test data comparison, judgment, evaluation.
10.Use rotary optical mouse operation, easy to operate and master, efficient and convenient.
11.Panel with printer can automatically print the test report.
12.Test results can download to U disk, program can be upgraded with U disk, convenient and efficient.
13.The device can save 1000 groups test data that do not loss although power off.
