It supports the capacity to produce all kinds of PTC elements 3 million pieces per day, and owns professional manufacturing facility , such as spray machine, rolling tablet machine, auto-cycle kiln and advanced full-auto withstand voltage testing devices, and also has an aging laboratory, equipped with PTC resistance temperature tester, high and low temperature, cold and hot impact test box, constant temperature and humidity test box, salt spray corrosion test box and other series of advanced testing equipments, which can provide professional technical supporting testing for high quality PTC components development.
For products' excellent performance and reliable quality, Xinpa is a designated supplier of GREE, SHARP, Midea and other famous domestic and international air conditioner manufacturers. Xinpa provides PTC components to the brands like LG, Emmett in the field of small household appliances; cooperates with Taiff (the top manufactory in Brazilian hairdressing industry ) to develop new type of hair straightener and hair curler ; also supply products to Tesla, BYD, Zhuhai Yinlong in new energy vehicles since 2012. In 2017, Xinpa tendered for SAIC Roewe successfully, and began to provide the auxiliary heating element for new energy vehicles.
