Acid Sampler(Sulphuric/Nitric/Hydrochloric Acid)

Acid Sampler for liquid acid also named Triacid Sampler(Sulphuric/Nitric/Hydrochloric Acid), Made of Teflon, resistant to high temperature and acid-alkali corrosion, low friction coefficient, easy to clean.The bottom is equipped with weighted Unit for more convenient to collect the liquid with higher concentration. Upper sampling port. The controlled bottle stopper ensures the accuracy of the sample.
The product is used to obtain sample of Sulphuric acid, Nitric acid, Hydrochloric acid or other liquid corrosive acid products in acid tank.

Application Method:
The Product composed of a sampler body, a weighted unit and a controllable stopper.The upper part of the bottle has a uniform circular hole. Insertting acid-resistant sampling rope into the circular hole to connect the bottle and stopper. When sampling, putting the triacid sampler slowly to the required depth for sampling acid sampe, pulled acid-proof sampling rope fast to make stopper open, lift up the sampler to complete sampling.
The product is used to botain sample of Sulphuric acid,Nitric acid,Hydrochloric acid or other liquid corrosive acid product. it is mainly used for sampling
fixed-point of the sample(except bottom)
1. First of all, You should tie the rope to the acid sampler as picture show, especially should pay attention how to tie rope up. On sampler is loose, and on lid is tight.
2. Secondly, When the sampler arrives at designated positions, raising the rope quickly and powerful to open the sealed stopper. At this time, sample is full of sampler, taking it out and sampling process is over.
