Insulation panels, also called cold room panels, are used in cold room, cold chain logistics, and food preservation. They're made from good heat insulating stuff to keep things cold and save energy. These panels also offer fire resistance and moisture protection.
1. PU Panel
• Descriptions:
PU panels (Polyurethane insulation panels), also known as eccentric hook panels (hand-made panels), feature eccentric hooks made of galvanized material. The insulation material used is Polyurethane.
• Advantages:
(1)Thermal Insulation
Polyurethane insulation panel has a very low thermal conductivity (usually between 0.022-0.026 W/mK), which is one of the best materials for thermal insulation in the market.
(2)Strength and Durability
It has good mechanical strength and durability, and can withstand certain external pressure and impact.
(3)Fire Resistance
B1, B2 grade.
(4)Moisture-proof
Polyurethane materials have a high closure rate and superior moisture-proof performance, which can effectively prevent water vapor infiltration.

2. PIR Panel
• Descriptions:
PIR panels (Polyisocyanurate insulation panels), also known as mechanism panels, are produced with automated assembly line production. They feature modular plug-in slots and use Polyisocyanurate as the insulation material.
• Advantages:
(1)Thermal Insulation
The thermal conductivity of PIR board is low, can reach 0.019W/mK (25ºC), which is slightly lower than that of PU.
(2)Strength and Durability
It has high mechanical strength and good durability.
(3)Fire Resistance
B2 grade, by adjusting the formulation technologies, it can reach B1 grade.
(4)Moisture-proof
Closed cell structure ensures good moisture resistance.
