PU5424 is a two-component polyurethane adhesive. The two components are mixed proportionally for sizing. It has high strength, high elasticity, excellent bonding, impact resistance, water resistance, electrical insulation and corrosion resistance. It is widely used in the industrial assembly of plastics, composite materials and metal substrates.

Storage and Shelf Life:
12 months in unopened packaging in a cool and dry storage place at temperatures between +5ºC and 27ºC, humidity between 30% and 70%. Optimal storage is at the lower half of this temperature range and humidity range. To prevent contamination of unused product, do not return any material to its original container.
1. The surface of the bonded material needs to be cleaned in advance to ensure that the bonding surface is clean, dry, oil-free and dust-free;
2. When the two-component supporting product is applied, put the product into the matching glue gun, push the push rod until the two components are simultaneously out of glue, and then install the mixing hose;
3. When sizing, it should be carried out at a constant speed and the construction should be continuous. After standing for a long time, the glue will gradually react and cure in the mixed hose.
4. Assembly components are quickly closed and compacted after sizing to ensure that the adhesive is fully infiltrated and in contact with the substrate.
5. Curing 24hr at 23ºC at room temperature, the strength can reach 70% of the final strength; The full curing time is 7 days.
6. Heating can accelerate the curing, it is recommended that the heating condition is 90ºC curing 70 ~ 90s, according to the actual sample experiment to select the appropriate conditions.
7. The glue that is not used up after sizing is completed is kept in an airtight state and reserved for one use. Replace the new mixed hose when continuing to glue.
